Set up Fees:
Set up Fees can start from $200 amount (partial set up) to considerably more for a full-set up package (signage, locks, keying, licenses, etc.). We will do an inspection of your home prior to service to determine what is needed to make it compliant with state and county mandated laws as well as ‘vacation home rental’ standards.

VACATION HOMES:
Monthly: $330.00 per month Inclusive
($50 less per month if your homeowner association provides lawn care)
Service fees inclusive of lawn care (exception shown above), pool service, pest control, web-site advertising, management of home issues and guest relations. We handle all bookings, home inspections (prior to guest arrival and after departure). We also provide a 24 hour on call service. Management Fees are paid in advance.
Cleaning Fees: The cleaning of the home is in addition to the management fees. Rates include paper towels, toilet paper, sanitary strips for toilets, guest soaps, foil liners for ovens, and garbage bags for all bins.
Cleaning Charges after Guest Departure:
3 bedroom $85.00
4 bedroom $95.00
5 bedroom $105.00
6 bedroom $125.00
Deep Clean/Spring Cleans range from between $300-$400 per home, depending on home size.
Comforters/bedspreads are not cleaned as part of a spring clean or regular clean. Prices start from $35.00 for a twin size comforter.
We also offer a private laundry service. All linen will be professionally laundered and pressed off site. The cost for this service starts from $25.00 for a 3 bedroom home. Owners will need to provide at least two sets of bedding for each bed to participate in the service.
Service Calls:
All service calls are charged at the rate of $35 per trip, $35 per hour thereafter for all maintenance work and/or wait time plus materials/parts and cost of goods. Service calls include meeting and accompanying tradesmen, utility workers, insurance adjusters, or other service calls to villa.
