At Davenport Villa Management, we intend to satisfy our customers for years to come. We understand what our owners want, need and expect and to do our best to exceed those expectations.

How are we different?

Locally owned we live and work here allowing us to pay closer attention to your home. We have built trust with our owners and consider our relationship a partnership. As we do not work with tour operators we can keep a closer eye on your home as well as react promptly to any concerns or problems that you or your guests may have. It isn’t the quantity of bookings from a management company that determines the quality of service, it’s the commitment to satisfy owners by meeting their expectation and demands. We have a strong philosophy about caring for our homes that dictates everything we do.

We can assist you with bookings through our own web-sites and we will work with you to coordinate your own bookings. We do not charge for bookings you generate and encourage you to advertise your home on any of the hundreds of popular owner web-sites to generate income.

We also have owner friendly agreements that allow you to cancel our services with a 30 day notice. Simply, if you aren’t happy with our service, you have the right to seek services elsewhere. We don’t believe in holding you or your escrow ‘hostage’ for an extended period of time. We want to serve you because you choose Davenport Villa Management and not because a contract binds you.
