About Us Choosing a company that will handle your villa is an important
decision. You want a company that has the highest commitment
to their owners, a seasoned staff, a sound maintenance plan
for their homes, a close attention to detail, and one that
offers exceptional customer service.
At Davenport Villa Management, we intend to satisfy our customers
for years to come. We understand what our owners want, need
and expect and to do our best to exceed those expectations.
All of the homes we manage are ‘executive’ and
we specialise in offering the best to the best.
How are we different? Locally owned and based in the heart of most vacation homes
in the area we are on site 24/7 for our owners. We have built
trust with our owners and consider our relationship a partnership.
As we do not work with tour operators we can keep a closer
eye on your home as well as react promptly to any concerns
or problems that you or your guests may have. It isn’t
the quantity of bookings from a management company that determines
the quality of service, it’s the commitment to satisfy
owners by meeting their expectation and demands. We have a
strong philosophy about caring for our homes that dictates
everything we do.
We can assist you with bookings through our own web-sites and we will work with you to coordinate your own bookings. We do not charge for bookings you generate and encourage you to advertise your home on any of the hundreds of popular owner web-sites to generate income.
We also have owner friendly agreements that allow you to
cancel our services with a 30 day notice. Simply, if you aren’t
happy with our service, you have the right to seek services
elsewhere. We don’t believe in holding you or your escrow
‘hostage’ for an extended period of time. We want
to serve you because you choose Davenport Villa Management
and not because a contract binds you.
We THINK like an owner and ACT like an an owner. We look to save money and care for your home.
Communication
You will be kept up to date with regular emails, phone calls
and our monthly newsletter along we our 6 monthly ‘property
report’ giving you a complete top to bottom update on
your home. We will return your calls and messages ASAP
We will be honest with you about what is needed to keep your
home well maintained and do our best to save you costs and
offer good value for money.
In return we expect our invoice to be paid on time and accept
credit cards, pay pal, direct debit and cheques as a final
option.
We are available in our office until 7pm Monday - Friday and
5pm Saturday and Sunday. Outside of these hours there is always
someone on the end of a phone.
